Cheese Soup

2 c. Boiling Water
2 c. Potatoes Diced
1/2 c. Carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
Boil 10 Min. COVERED

Sauce:

1/4 c. Butter
1/4.  Flour
2 c. Milk
Make sauce and add to above mixture. Do not drain water. do not boil. Thicken, then add
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese.
